WHY USE SEO CONTENT?
October 28th, 2008
For the person who’s just starting out on the ecommerce trail and is unsure of all the terms and esoteric names that they suddenly find themselves confronted with, one of the more daunting might be SEO content. Then, if you’re not confused enough, you might go and ask someone to explain what they mean.
“Why that just means that you’ll need to have a little search engine optimization in you content,” they might say. “It’s really for the best. It’ll help the bots rank your keywords.”
Usually, that type will walk away leaving you wondering if you’re actually entering on the verge of the latest in what the Internet has to offer to make you rich, or if you’ve somehow stumbled onto an online Trekkie convention. When all is said and done, there’s really nothing too intimidating about seo content at all. On the contrary, there’s a simple explanation for all those strange phrases that you come across like hotels Toronto airport or dog names hawaiian that at first look like they’re the product of a bad education or some unmentionable disease on the part of the writer.
Actually, they’re neither. Those funny phrases and words are actually Seo content and they’re the advertising tool that works and helps to get you noticed on the Internet whether you’ve got a business or just a point or cause you want to highlight. These are the words ( and often phrases ) that have been determined to be the most popular ones that people use when they’re searching the Internet for a particular product or service.
So, using one of the examples above, someone who wanted to know what the most popular dog names were for someone in that state might type dog names hawaiian into a search engine. If you ran a website that compiled these names and had used a professional writer who could blend this phrase into your content, the chances of your site getting noticed would go dramatically up.
Remember that placing these words and phrases is a skill in itself. The big search engines like Google have certain requirements about where these keywords and phrases can go, and the best case scenario is where they’ve been blended into the content so they don’t stand out. To help this part of the process along, writers can generally find a list of little connecting words that are called stop words to help blend these phrases.
